  1. Contact Proteomics Core Personnel to discuss your project;
  2. Download the sample submission form (Adobe Acrobat pdf format);
  3. Fill out the sample submission form;
  4. Bring your samples and the completed sample submission form to the Proteomics Core Facility at:

    Rooms 3568 and 3573

  5. Or mail your samples and the completed submission form to:
